David Beckham, one of the most prominent athletes and advertising star, is probably a symbol of the sexist athlete. His soccer career started as he was a child; as the long term soccer skill training, he became captain of the England national team in 2000 through 2006.
Beckham used to play mid-filed for Manchester (1993-2003), Madrid club (2003-2007) and now plays for Los Angeles team. He has also recorded in scoring three different FIFA World Cups.
His best soccer season was in 1999 – 2000. In those days, he was in Manchester team and helped the team win the Premiere League. Meanwhile he married with Victoria the Posh Spice girl; moreover they had their first born child Brooklyn in 1999.

He was nominated and rewarded the European Footballer of the Year 1998. The talent of Zidane was recognized in the list of the World’s greatest footballers in 2004.
